By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that, if approved as a Live Healthillie wholesale partner, I and my business will comply with all Live Healthillie wholesale policies, brand standards, and reseller requirements, including but not limited to the following:

• Minerals & Chill products may only be sold through approved retail locations and authorized sales channels.
• Resale on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay, Faire, or other third-party marketplaces is strictly prohibited without prior written authorization from Live Healthillie.
• Products must be sold in original packaging only and may not be altered, relabeled, repackaged, or misrepresented in any way.
• Retailer may not make false, misleading, medical, disease-related, pregnancy-related, or unapproved product claims.
• Retailer agrees to use only approved product descriptions, imagery, trademarks, logos, and marketing materials provided or approved by Live Healthillie.
• Retailer acknowledges that all trademarks, branding, intellectual property, product formulations, creative assets, and goodwill associated with Live Healthillie and Minerals & Chill remain the exclusive property of Live Healthillie LLC.
• Any violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of wholesale access, revocation of authorization to sell the products, refusal of future orders, legal action, and enforcement of Live Healthillie’s
  intellectual property and brand protection rights.
• By Submitting this box, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to
  be legally bound by the Live Healthillie Wholesale Reseller Agreement and all related policies and requirements.
